Just Wannabe A Hubnugget Hub

Thank you one and all for your vote,

They warm up my heart and give me great hope.

I've not written much and I've not written long,

But I have written words that would not make a song.

They tell of my thoughts and they share of my loves,

They tell of accessories....hmmm...just thought of gloves!

WAIT...that's a new hub for some other time.

This one is of thanks and a much silly rhyme!

I am thrilled to be chosen for a wannabe Hubnugget,

and I know friends an familly will vote by the bucket!

I don't want to pressure and I don't want to pry,

but tempted I am, I would love to just spy,

to see how I'm faring, to know how I've done,

C'mon...hurry Wednesday, so I can see who has won!

It matters not really, this much you should know,

I am honored and touched that you'd consider me so!

To have a Hubnugget would be an honor great,

but I know that not everyone has a chance to rate.

So to be e'en considered is a gift oh so rare,

That to be just a wannabe is honor enough.

Now that's said, I will ask you for your time

to be taken to click and please vote for mine!

I wrote it to tell many women near and far,

go on, get out there, dress chic no matter how big you are!

Just want to say "WOOO HOOO!" and THANKS to all who voted for my hub for the Hubnugget! I was notified that it was selected while sitting at a McDonald's while on my vacation!! I was so excited!!! I called my kids and my pastor,(my parents were with me!) just to share your kindness!!! Thank you one and all!!! For other newbies....keep on writing....it's great to get it all down in writing!
